A WORKSHOP CELEBRATING WOMEN
@ MITCHELL MUSEUM
Featuring Award Winning Artist Bobbe Nolan
If you’re wondering what we’ll do:
Chat and get to know each other; Talk fashion and textiles; Eat; Share family stories; Express the interdependence of peoples; Eat some more; Figure out how to make the world a better place; Express how we care for ourselves and care for others; Learn something; Build new relationships; leave with the contact information of someone you didn’t know.
Why Fiber Arts?
We all wear clothes.
We decorate our homes with fabrics.
We treasure family heirlooms.
We may or may not sew, quilt, crochet, knit, weave, embroider
Or wish we did one or the other.
